An innovative project that brought together the leading professionals and companies that develop technologies and processes for powder and granulates.

POWTECH Brasil get together the main professionals and companies related to powder and granulates to show tools, technologies and trends today to support the development of these industries.

POWTECH Brasil is intended to directors, managers, engineers, analysts , technicians, manufacturers, mechanical processing suppliers and material handling technologies in research and development (R & D) , processes , maintenance , quality control, purchasing, production and others.

Pharmaceutical Industry
  • According to IMS Health, which audits the sector worldwide, the pharmaceutical industry in Brasil experienced an increase of 12% in quarter of 2015 compared to the same period in 2014, totaling R $ 10.7 billion.
  • It is expected that the Brazilian market keeps heated. Until 2016, IMS Health believes the country will be positioned in the 4th place in the ranking of world markets, behind only the US, China and Japan.
  • According to the Interfarma - the Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry Research - The global pharmaceutical market is expected to reach about $ 1.1 trillion in 2015.

Cosmetics Industry
  • According to Brazilian Association of Toiletries, Perfumes & Cosmetics Industry (ABIHPEC), the sector recorded sales of $ 101.7 billion in 2014.

Chemical Industry
  • The chemical industry performs a significant role in the Brazilian economy, being the second most important one contributing to the industrial GDP.
  • In 2013, the sector generated R$ 344,5 billion in turnover and grew by 10,7 %.*
